St. Albert RCMP are looking for a man who stole a Pride flag from a house in the Lacombe subdivision.

On April 12 at around 2 p.m., a man approached the Lacombe residence and rang the doorbell, according to an RCMP press release.

When no one answered, he ripped the flag down from a flagpole on the property.

The man is light skinned with brown hair and an undercut hairstyle. At the time of the theft, he was wearing glasses and a dark jacket with “a coil notebook and pen in the front pocket and what appears to be a paisley type shirt with a dark tie,” the press release says.

St. Albert RCMP are asking anyone who recognizes the man, or anyone who has information regarding the theft, to call them at 780-458-7700, or to call your local police.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) online at www.P3Tips.com or by using the “P3 Tips” app available through the Apple App or Google Play Store.
